I highly recommend Ferneding Insurance, especially Robin. My experience with insurance has greatly improved with her by my side through new cars and a new house. My first contact with Robin was really out of the blue when she called me and had a new car policy saving me a ton of money. I take great comfort in the fact that someone at Ferneding is looking out for me when it comes to my coverage and my premiums. I also know the Ferneding family personally through the community and they are very nice and a local staple.

Thankfully, our interactions with the Ferneding agency regarding claims is occasional. Our most recent auto claim experience turned out to be a pleasant surprise rather than the nightmares we've heard with other agencies and insurers.

A little over a year ago my family vehicle was stolen and later recovered with heavy damages. I was in an uphill battle with my insurance company when I was recommended to talk to John Ferneding. This man is by far the most professional gentleman I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. Not only did I feel valued and cared for, he handled my situation with absolute urgency and communicated with me every step of the way. From the moment I picked up the phone to call I didn’t have to lift a single finger to get my claim handled. This company is so great that not only do I use them for auto insurance but, I now use them for health and soon life insurance too. If you have any insurance needs Ferneding is 110% the place to go.

Big shout out to Shawn Lawson and Ferneding Ins. I needed to get car insurance bound for my son late on a Friday afternoon. Shawn was just awesome! He made himself available, gave me great advice and got everything done before EOB. Dan and John have a great company and the commitment to customer service is huge!! I purchased a Travel Insurance policy from Fawn at Ferneding Insurance prior to leaving for our trip to Italy. Little did I know that I would actually be using it.
